Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns. We stand behind the quality of every Iberi Anvoyage product. If you are not completely satisfied, return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked, as long as items meet our return conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items are unworn and unwashed
  • Items are in their original condition with all tags still attached
  • Items are free from odors, stains, pet hair, and other signs of use
  • Items are returned in their original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  2. Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if available. Include your order number inside the package.
  3. Ship your return: Send the package to the return address provided in your RMA email using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Keep your receipt: Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your refund has been processed.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return at our facility. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Credit card payments (via PayPal): Refunded to the original card

Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size/style you would prefer
  2. Ship the original item back to us using the return instructions provided
  3. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchange item within 1–2 business days

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Iberi Anvoyage covers all shipping costs for damaged or incorrect item returns.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Iberi Anvoyage will cover return shipping costs only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
