Thank you for shopping with Iberi Anvoyage. We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping options, rates, timelines, and processes.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods (holiday sales, new collection launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you via email if your order experiences any delays.

Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $75 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the $75 threshold.
3. Overnight Shipping Details
Overnight shipping is fulfilled via FedEx Priority and delivers within 1 business day. To qualify for next-day delivery, your order must be placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day, with delivery on the day after that.
4. Domestic Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery timelines to these locations may be extended beyond the standard estimates shown above.
Alaska and Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Standard shipping rates of $6.99 apply to orders shipping to these states. Please note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for our free shipping threshold. The $75 free shipping offer applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Estimated delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 7–12 business days for standard shipping. Express and overnight services via FedEx Priority may be available at applicable rates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website:

- FedEx: fedex.com
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Iberi Anvoyage is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (937) 242-6047.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Iberi Anvoyage is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors and around your property
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
- Contacting your local post office or delivery facility
- Reaching out to us at [email protected] — we will do our best to assist
8. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening and contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We are actively working to expand our shipping to Canada and select international markets in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
